Lead Teachers: must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and are working towards certification in Head Start. PreK Counts teachers are required to hold at least a Level I Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE).

Assistant Teachers: must hold a minimum of CDA certification and preferably an AA in ECE. All teaching staff receives a minimum of 24 PQAS credit hours per year in various areas of the educational domains.
